Shipping & Delivery

*We’re currently shipping via UPS to ensure your orders are not affected by the Canada Post strike.

Postage Costs

  • Shipping within Canada: Free shipping on orders over $199CAD.
    For orders under $199CAD, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout. 

 

  • Shipping to the US: Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

 

  • Shipping to the UK, France, and Germany: Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the weight of the items in your order. Kindly note that the maximum weight limit per order is 2kg. Our system will not be able to process an order if it is over 2kg. Thank you for your understanding.
    *For shipment outside of Canada. Please note that duty charges and/or customs fees for your order are not included with our shipping fees and may be charged by your local authorities. This depends on your country's customs policy.

 

  • All parcels will be provided with a tracking number.
    NO.59 STUDIO is not responsible for shipping delays, incomplete addresses, wrong addresses, lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by weather conditions, local delivery errors, or delays while crossing international borders. (The courier in Canada is Canada Post, and the courier in the United States is USPS) 
  • Shipping fees, handling fees and currency exchange fees are non-refundable.

 

Proceed & Packaging

We’ll do our best to ship out your order within 2 business days but may have a delay of up to 4 business days depending on current order volumes, or during peak holiday seasons. Please note that orders will only be processed once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Because we try to reduce the packaging waste, and always want to find better eco-friendly materials. We prefer to use sustainable, biodegradable, and recyclable wrapping paper. Most bubbles warp comes with brand original package. 

Local Delivery Costs 

We offer local delivery to certain areas within Halifax once a week. You will be contacted via text message on the day of delivery. You will see the "Local Delivery" option on the checkout page if you are qualified.

*Based on your total amount before taxes:

  • Delivery distance up to 5 km
    Free delivery on all orders over CAD $59.
    A CAD $5 local delivery fee applies to any order less than CAD $59.

  • Delivery distance up to 8 km
    Free delivery on all orders over CAD $79.
    A CAD $8 local delivery fee applies to any order less than CAD $79.

  • Delivery distance up to 14 km
    Free delivery on all orders over CAD $109.
    A CAD $12 local delivery fee applies to any order less than CAD $109.
