Designed by Sori Yanagi in 1982, the "Black and White Tableware Series" showcases softly rounded square shapes, crafted with simplicity and everyday use in mind. Finished with a matte glaze in both white and black, these pieces offer a gentle, understated elegance that complements any table setting.

The teapot, with a capacity of 828 ml, features a well-designed, easy-to-hold handle. The milk pitcher (creamer) features a seamlessly integrated body and spout with a side grip for easy handling. The sugar bowl includes a similar shape with a lid that has a cut-out for conveniently placing a spoon or utensil. The black matte finish on each piece adds a rich and sophisticated touch.
