In French, cachet means “stamp”—a fitting name for this flower-shaped bowl that captures the warm, artisanal charm of Japanese-style tableware. Each bowl features hand-painted patterns applied by skilled artisans. Because of this handmade process, you may notice slight blurring, subtle misalignments, or variations in color and placement—unique characteristics that highlight its one-of-a-kind appeal.
Available in two color options: traditional blue and warm brown. Both hues lend a cozy, nostalgic feel to your table setting.
*Please note: Small specks of iron powder may appear on the surface, a natural result of the ceramic firing process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will require photos or videos of the damaged items with details to help our team to assessed and process it. If products are misused we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused, please read the instructions of each product carefully.
Exchanges
The exchange only applies if receive the wrong item, and we would cover your shipping cost. We appreciate you sending it back with original packaging, and in new condition with the original tags and/or stickers still attached. Please help us package exchange item well so that they are not damaged during the journey.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
