The new color, 'Mauve Purple,' is an elegant shade reminiscent of a hazy lavender field. It has a slightly muted tone that complements the skin well and is easy to incorporate into everyday life.
After washing, it may shrink about 2-5%, gradually fading and becoming softer in texture with repeated washes.
Care instructions:
*Wash in lukewarm water (below 40°C/104°F). Please use a laundry net when washing, or opt for gentle hand washing.
*Avoid using a clothes dryer, as it may damage the fabric.
*Linen dries quickly and is prone to wrinkles. To prevent deformation, please promptly air-dry it in the shade after spinning.
*Due to the possibility of color bleeding, we recommend washing it separately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will require photos or videos of the damaged items with details to help our team to assessed and process it. If products are misused we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused, please read the instructions of each product carefully.
Exchanges
The exchange only applies if receive the wrong item, and we would cover your shipping cost. We appreciate you sending it back with original packaging, and in new condition with the original tags and/or stickers still attached. Please help us package exchange item well so that they are not damaged during the journey.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
