“Pungency” teapot set, inspired by the elegant afternoon tea in England, is characterized as its oval shape with refined curves as well as the tangled vine like handle in a lively look.

The teapot does not come with a tea strainer, so you can enjoy brewing authentic tea with tea leaves or casual brewing with tea bags, depending on your mood. The oval shape is compact enough to fit on a dining table or in a cupboard.
The material, white porcelain can develop glaze colors clearly; [White][Pink][Green] in pastel or pale hue will beautifully reflect the color of tea. It can be used with the matching "Le bouquet "cup & saucer in the same color scheme for a more gorgeous tea time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will require photos or videos of the damaged items with details to help our team to assessed and process it. If products are misused we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused, please read the instructions of each product carefully.
Exchanges
The exchange only applies if receive the wrong item, and we would cover your shipping cost. We appreciate you sending it back with original packaging, and in new condition with the original tags and/or stickers still attached. Please help us package exchange item well so that they are not damaged during the journey.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
