Postage Costs

  • Shipping within Canada: Free shipping on orders over $175CAD.
    For orders under $175CAD, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout. 

 

  • Shipping to the US: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are already included in your total — no additional fees upon delivery.

    【***Important Update for U.S. Orders***】

    As of August 29, 2025, all packages entering the U.S. are now subject to duty and import tax under new customs regulations. To make things simple, we’ve taken care of this for you in advance. All duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are already included in our prices. This means your order will arrive with no extra charges at delivery. 

 

  • Shipping to the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Greece, Switzerland, Norway and Sweden : Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

    Please note that the maximum weight per order is 3.5kg to help ensure your package arrives safely. If your order exceeds this limit, our system won’t be able to process it — thank you for your kind understanding.
    *For shipments outside of Canada and the U.S., please note that duties and import taxes are not included in our shipping rates and may be collected by your local authorities upon delivery. These fees vary depending on your country’s customs policy.

 

  • Shipping to other countries: If your country is not listed above, please email us at info@no59studio.com to check shipping costs and details. We will do our best to assist you.

 

  • All parcels will be provided with a tracking number.

    We take great care in shipping your items safely, but please note that NO.59 STUDIO cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by weather, customs, local delivery errors, incorrect addresses, or lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

    Shipping is handled via UPS or Canada Post in Canada, Canada Post internationally.


  • Shipping fees, handling fees and currency exchange fees are non-refundable.


Proceed & Packaging

We’ll do our best to ship out your order within 2 business days but may have a delay of up to 4 business days depending on current order volumes, or during peak holiday seasons. Please note that orders will only be processed once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Because we try to reduce the packaging waste, and always want to find better eco-friendly materials. We prefer to use sustainable, biodegradable, and recyclable wrapping paper. Most bubbles warp comes with brand original package. 

Local Delivery Costs 

We offer local delivery to certain areas within Halifax once a week. You will be contacted via text message on the day of delivery. You will see the "Local Delivery" option on the checkout page if you are qualified.

*Based on your total amount before taxes:

  • Delivery distance up to 5 km
    Free delivery on all orders over CAD $59.
    A CAD $5 local delivery fee applies to any order less than CAD $59.

  • Delivery distance up to 8 km
    Free delivery on all orders over CAD $79.
    A CAD $8 local delivery fee applies to any order less than CAD $79.

  • Delivery distance up to 14 km
    Free delivery on all orders over CAD $100.
    A CAD $11 local delivery fee applies to any order less than CAD $100.
