The old-fashioned yet elegant "SUMIIRI HISHIGATA" line is a diamond-shaped plate with underglaze painting of chrysanthemum flowers outlined in cobalt blue.
Bold chrysanthemum-flower patterns are stamped on the grayish white earthen clay and beautifully outlined with a brush one by one, which have full of traditional artisanship.
*The patterns are painted by hand, so there is blurriness, deviation from standard positions, and shades of color.
*Blue: color hues in the painted background vary from item to item.

Damages and issues

We will require photos or videos of the damaged items with details to help our team to assessed and process it. If products are misused we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused, please read the instructions of each product carefully.
Exchanges
The exchange only applies if receive the wrong item, and we would cover your shipping cost. We appreciate you sending it back with original packaging, and in new condition with the original tags and/or stickers still attached. Please help us package exchange item well so that they are not damaged during the journey.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
